Yin Yoga is slow paced and meditative, where poses/stretches are held for extended periods of time to target your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. By allowing time to go deep into the poses, Yin Yoga can help restore the healthy flow of energy (Qi) through the body.
